Twitcher’s Nest is a modern compact flat to the owner’s house in Syderstone.  The accommodation is comfortably furnished all on the ground floor. Central heating and hot water is provided. There is a short walk into the village where the public house offers food.

The flat has a modern simple kitchen area containing a two ring hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. Table and chairs.

The sitting area has a flat screen TV with satellite freeview and DVD player, radio and CD player.  There is a bed settee to sleep one other person.

The shower room has shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver sockets.

The bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and drawers.

Bed linen, towels and tea cloths are provided.

There is a lockable covered link with the flat where wet outdoor boots and coats and any other bird watching or walking equipment can be stored quite safely.  There is a small patio area with table and chairs.

Off road parking provided.

We have a no smoking and no pet’s policy.

To welcome you to our flat on your arrival we provide the essentials needed to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Tariff for the flat:-

1st January - 31st March £200.00 per week with short stay £40.00 per night.

1st April - 30th September £245.00 per week with short stay contact for availability.

1st October - End of Year £200.00 per week with short stay £40.00 per night.
